He also served as a consultant to Janssen Pharmaceuticals in the development of esketamine (Spravato), which was approved by the FDA for treatment resistant depression in 2019. Dr. Johns offers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and completed a fellowship in transcranial magnetic stimulation at Duke University.

Dr. Kellie LeBlanc, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Genuine communicator, passionately kind, and consummate professional are just a few of the words most often used to describe Dr. Kellie LeBlanc. Dr. LeBlanc has a long and distinguished career as a nurse and nurse practitioner, skillfully delivering the highest quality of care to her patients. Throughout her career, Dr. LeBlanc has practiced in a wide range of clinical situations, including ICU, cardiovascular ICU, and the recovery room.
Dr. LeBlanc is a native of Canada and a long-time resident of Minnesota. She was born and raised in a family with a generational history of nursing professionals. From an early age, she was instilled with a passion for healing, patient care, and the highest standards of excellence. Because of these strong character attributes, she entered into the nursing profession after completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lakehead University. She took on the toughest leadership roles as a nursing professional, building her clinical skills and abilities.
After a long resume in clinical environments, Dr. LeBlanc embraced the concept of both physical and mental well-being for the true healing of patients and obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Utah. She also came to understand the distinct disconnect in healthcare for treating mental health issues. These core beliefs led her to complete her professional certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and to explore clinical solutions for depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.
In her free time, she is a devoted wife and mother, enjoying spending time with family gardening, hiking, and appreciating the wonders of nature. Dr. LeBlanc is a proud mother of two grown children and two very special family dogs.

Amanda Drewek, PA-C
Her past experiences working as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, and an Emergency Medical Technician allowed her to experience different roles in patient care. Amanda’s position as a Medical Assistant in a clinic that helped manage mental health for children, adolescents, and their families sparked the initial interest in being a more active member of a mental health care team.
Amanda Drewek has been working in the mental health field as a Physician Assistant for four years.
While at Augsburg University to get her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree, she had an extended internship at the Community Behavioral Heath Hospital in Annandale, MN. That experience solidified Amanda’s goals of working with adult patients to manage mental health as part of a well-rounded care plan including healthy nutrition, quality sleep, and physical exercise. She has experience working as part of a collaborative team including individual and group therapists, dieticians, weight management providers, and social workers in addition to other support services.
She is passionate about helping patients manage anxiety disorders, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, and mood disorders among other diagnoses. Amanda is excited to add Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and ketamine treatment to her repertoire of tools to help manage conditions that have been more resistant to traditional medications.
Though she has lived in many areas of Minnesota, the Twin Cities suburbs have been home for the last decade. Amanda enjoys biking, playing volleyball, and participating in weekly board game nights. She regularly attends science fiction/fantasy conventions and the Renaissance Festival.

Maureen Daugherty, MA LMFT
Maureen graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. Her first role in that field was as an Intake Coordinator for a teen shelter in St Paul, which lasted for about 3 years. While at home raising her children and getting involved in Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes, she decided to get licensed as a Parent Educator through the University of MN to support and encourage parents in their journey through parenthood. She taught a variety of classes in the Anoka-Hennepin school district’s ECFE program for more than 20 years. As a Parent Educator and hearing many stories of parents sharing their own struggles with mental illness while trying to raise their children, Maureen decided to get her master’s degree in counseling & Psychotherapy. Through this process, Maureen’s experiences included providing in-home therapy and individual, family, and couples counseling. She also worked as a Parent & Family Services Manager for 4yrs at a homeless family shelter downtown. For the last 10 years, Maureen has been in private practice within a group practice in Anoka, MN, providing support for those dealing with depression, anxiety, and other issues that keep people stuck in moving forward in their lives.

Dr. Stephen Manlove, M.D., Psychiatrist
Dr. Manlove grew up in Minnesota and moved to South Dakota in 1987. As a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Forensic Psychiatrist, and Internist, Dr. Manlove practiced for 30 years using the standard medical model. Unfortunately, one disease may have many different causes and the standard model doesn’t work in every situation.
Dr. Manlove’s Work in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Insurance Coverage
Around 2014, he made the decision to look beyond standard practice to try to help every one of his patients; exploring more modern theories of illness and researching new treatment strategies, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Where he found scientifically based positive outcomes, Dr. Manlove incorporated new methods into our clinic. He and the team have helped hundreds of patients with depression, anxiety, and PTSD using TMS treatment. He was also instrumental in getting insurance companies to begin covering TMS. More patients began reporting better outcomes; the change has made him personally very optimistic about the future of psychiatric care.
Dr. Manlove truly enjoys having the opportunity to meet, know, and problem solve with people from all walks of life. In his free time, Dr. Manlove enjoys ranch work, wilderness hiking, endurance athletics, and the love of his life, Peggy.
